So from May 14, 2014- June 3, 2014Hello everybody!<br />
<br />
I am sorry for not keeping you all up on my blog! Life as a missionary gets really gets busy! And goes fast too! I can't believe how fast its going! Its already June and I go home in August! Time really flies when you serve the Lord with all your heart might mind and strength! So I'll just summarize the past...Month...again!<br />
Over time we have seen allot of investigators and less actives progress well in the Gospel! This week we are going with a less active to the temple to do baptism's for the dead. And the same person who is doing baptisms for the dead got his baby blessed! Its awesome to see the progress.<br />
We had a baptism for a young girl names Emily. She is 15 now and she has grown so much! we asked her what made her really finally want to be baptized? She said that the day we gave her a priesthood blessing she said she just knew. And we are going through the new member lessons before she moves back to California next week. But she is awesome and we have been so proud of her and her progress! She is really coming closer to Jesus Christ.<br />
So this week I had to say goodbye to a great missionary. Elder Reher finished an honorable full time mission last Wednesday. I am proud of him and the example he gave to the missionaries in the zone, his companions and me. I will miss him but lucky the Lord has ways of crossing. Well see each other at BYU-I. Good Luck my friend :)<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

But I have a new companion now! His name is Elder Kepo'o (Que-Poe-Oh). he is from the Big Island of Hawaii. He is the second companion from that island too! He has been out for 19 months and has been doing great work in the area! He is motivated and ready to serve the Lord! I am excited to serve with him!<div>
<br /><div>
This week we had a few great lessons and we had a less active make a really big step in his conversion! So We visited him on earlier this week and we talked with him and for some reason he said he was going to go upon the stand on fast sunday and bear his testimony! And so we helped him gain confidence to do that. Then we had an appointment on Saturday cancel so we decided that since we were in the neighborhood we stopped by and see how he was doing. And he said that he really needed us to come at that time cause he wasn't sure if he could bear his testimony but when we came he said he just got some relief from us being there. Then On Sunday He got up and shared a powerful testimony! People were talking about it all throughout the block! It was a miracle! I was happy for him!</div>
</div>
<div>
Well thats really as Much as I can give for this past month. Its been fun and exciting! This will be a fun new adventure in the area with my new companion. All I can say is that lets get to work! Have a great day everyone!</div>

Its been a crazy week! But its been a great and wonderful week! We have had a few good experiences that have happened thus far!<br />
I had an experience this week where I had to do an interview for an investigator being taught by Asian Elders in our area. It was a beautiful interview! This lady was telling me her life story. She is originally from Tai Wan. She grew up Christian and she has been searching for truth for many years! But then she moved here to Utah and she was really well taken care of. She was invited to go come to church and to learn more about the Gospel with the Asian Missionaries.<br />
I asked her Why she wanted to be baptized and she said "I want to learn more". Cause me off guard cause I have never heard that before I asked her to just explain and she basically bore her testimony about how she knows that this is what she has been searching for! She found that this is the true Church that it has the same authority that was given to Christ Apostles when Christ was here on the Earth. And she said She wants to learn more about the True Church. That is the basis of what I got out of it. It was seriously on of the most refreshing and spiritual interviews I have done! :) I have never seen the Gospel bring so much light to someone in such a long time! It was great!<br />
So my birthday was wonderful! I had a nice surprise by the sisters! haha<br />
<br />
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgfFzgQ6ncrckNvLrmtSX9JQzsNL_NnJsdqZpPJV0xg2TSwzscW0Z8hSdNehJOPmRmQxHzXFXbyZFu0n06a84yqay0Zy3Om7naiXv8IpCA_KrzhZhfzJAnZdZUl_413Xjk1o0SWJ4KwuwY/s1600/DSCF4141.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgfFzgQ6ncrckNvLrmtSX9JQzsNL_NnJsdqZpPJV0xg2TSwzscW0Z8hSdNehJOPmRmQxHzXFXbyZFu0n06a84yqay0Zy3Om7naiXv8IpCA_KrzhZhfzJAnZdZUl_413Xjk1o0SWJ4KwuwY/s1600/DSCF4141.JPG" height="179" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">O the goodness of having such awesome Sisters in the Zone!</td></tr>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Thank you for the nice messages :) (And Starbust)</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
But I had a good birthday! It was nice! I forget though sometimes I am 22! I can't believe it! time just flys! And the day after my birthday I hit my 20 month mark! Time is just flying so fast!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So we had an awesome baptism for a girl I mentioned about earlier a blog or 2 ago. She just had her baptism on the 19th! And I have to say it has to be one of the most spiritual baptisms I have seen in a while! You could just see and feel that she was so prepared! And the cool thing was that her baptism was on the 19th and then her confirmation was on Easter Sunday! And she ask me to do the Honers and confirming her! It was a beautiful confirmation and afterward I stayed for their sacrament for Easter. It was cool they just had member come up and share a hymn they love and bear testimony why they loved that Hymn! And we did that for the whole sacrament meeting! It was cool! I really felt the spirit!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
During the Easter week we had the Church launch an initiative called Because Of Him. We were asked to basically flood the internet with Messages of Christ and hashtag it with #BecauseofHim. It was a week of mainly that. and the Church came out with a video that is spreading like wildfire on the internet! If you haven't seen it here it is! I wish I could post the video but I can't :(</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="http://easter.mormon.org/">http://easter.mormon.org/</a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It is a great video! I Love it allot! It shows to me more meaning in the Atonement than ever before! This video was for Easter, but its not just an Easter Video! Christ's Atonement is meant for us to remember always! not just on Easter. I know Christ Lives and He loves us. He is Our Savior and Redeemer. I know that without a shadow of a Doubt. If any of you have questions about Christ and His purpose or how you can come closer to Jesus Christ, I invite you all to message me on Facebook and find out more on Christ and how to come closer to Him. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

What a week! We have had crazy things going on! We have been crazy busy! We have had our Monthly MLC (Mission Leadership Council) with all the Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders. We had nothing major that has changed. President did pull an April fools joke on us by telling us that the mission was going to be split into 3 missions... then he pulled up on the projector what he said was going to be the boundaries of the missions and it said April Fools! Haha president you have a really good sense of humor!<br />
We just had a new temple policy come out! SO this is the new policy for
the temple. We are now only allowed to go once a quarter and it has to
be on a P-day unless the temple is not open then. But heres the cool
part! We can go with Recent Converts and Less Actives for their Live
ordinance or first time doing baptism for the dead. And this is the cool
part! We can go to any temple with them in Utah County or Salt lake
county! SO that means all temples from Bountiful to Manti we can go with
them to those temples. AND also we have permission to go to family
members live ordinances in the temple too! So that's cool!<br />
So Conference! Conference was amazing! I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Saturday Morning Session of Conference. I was
made a group leader/babysitter haha it was good though! We didn't go on
temple square we just went straight to the conference center. This was
my group! Or some of them actually<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEila4gTyofco8-Xb-5XJ2RBXZ9nz1FZ7sOTVw_pgl26HQbSycYnmjONyl9C0a6ZHfVqEf22yudYzm6zAJwAm5jScK9hBPhvBvwi_D2n9NNytNaYtfvKUwofzWvQM5bUbv3YHbkmgJsz2kU/s1600/DSCF4134.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEila4gTyofco8-Xb-5XJ2RBXZ9nz1FZ7sOTVw_pgl26HQbSycYnmjONyl9C0a6ZHfVqEf22yudYzm6zAJwAm5jScK9hBPhvBvwi_D2n9NNytNaYtfvKUwofzWvQM5bUbv3YHbkmgJsz2kU/s1600/DSCF4134.JPG" height="360" width="640" /></a></div>
It was great! I enjoyed it! I loved hearing the speakers! They said some very wonderful things that have made me really think on how I can improve myself and how I can be better! I plan on studying the things that were taught and my notes to make this possible.<br />
Over all this week has been hectic!!! I mean its been crazy! We had a
leadership council with the leaders and the Mission President for 6
hours! Then we had allot of planning for our Zone Training Meeting, then
do our actual Zone Training Meeting. Then We had to organize how people
in our Zone are going to go to conference and what their companion will
do while their other Companion goes to Conference... Yeah its a crazy
Week. We had to hand someone off to the missionaries that are actually
suppose to be teaching an investigator and we were getting allot of
people getting frustrated with us cause we want to do the right
thing!... Yeah its a crazy week haha But I'm good now :)<br />
I learned a very important step that we must do in a crazy world or crazy time from a talk called Come What May and Love It- Joseph B. Wirthlin. He said the following:<br />
<span style="background-color: #f9f6ed; color: #2f393a; font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans Unicode', 'Lucida Sans', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;">"The first thing we can do is learn to laugh. Have you ever seen an angry driver who, when someone else makes a mistake, reacts as though that person has insulted his honor, his family, his dog, and his ancestors all the way back to Adam? Or have you had an encounter with an overhanging cupboard door left open at the wrong place and the wrong time which has been cursed, condemned, and avenged by a sore-headed victim?</span><br />
<div style="background-color: #f9f6ed; border: 0px currentColor; color: #2f393a; font-family: "Lucida Grande", "Lucida Sans Unicode", "Lucida Sans", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" uri="/general-conference/2008/10/come-what-may-and-love-it.p13">
There is an antidote for times such as these: learn to laugh." </div>
<div style="border: 0px currentColor; line-height: 18px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;" uri="/general-conference/2008/10/come-what-may-and-love-it.p13">
So thats something I figured we must always do in times of craziness. Come what may and love it! I wish I knew Elder Wirthlin more! <br />
I Love this Gospel. I love The Lord. He is good. I am thankful for the opportunity I had to go to Conference and to hear the words of a Prophet and his Apostles. What a great strength it is to us all!</div>
Dallinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13121485743612592244noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6834584758006092873.post-50571483071774784072014-04-03T14:47:00.002-07:002014-04-03T14:49:00.762-07:00Week 83Man I can't believe it! The mission is going so fast! I can't believe I am already out 19 months and this is the last General Conference I will have on my mission! I am amazed at how fast its going!<br />
The great thing was how I have been able to see the Lords hand in the work I am doing. I have also been blessed to see that He is the one who is hastening it. Its just amazing to see! I love the Lord. He is good!<br />
So my week has been eventful! SO for starters we have had some exchanges with the assistance to the President. I mean its a big deal cause all that is like the Missionaries right under the President. Everything that I do will be told to president! So I was told that I must stay in the area and my companion was going to the assistance area...Well here we are doing the exchange. We had a lesson with a lady named Maryann. She is catholic and has lived in Utah for 10 years. She is really spiritual and really wants to find ways to get closer to God. So we had a lesson plan about the Plan of salvation. I was excited to share it! And this was the first time I have ever met Maryann. However we had a fellowshipper that really changed the lesson. In fact he took over. Instead of doing a lesson on the Plan Of Salvation he forced the lesson to the restoration. And yes he was pushing for it. Every time we were trying to get the lesson to the Plan of Salvation he was changing it to the restoration. He was moving the lesson like he had a plan and he was doing it! He even asked us if we could bear our testimony to our investigator! What?!?! Our job as representatives of Jesus Christ is not to be fellowshippers or to be treated like one! O I was furious!!!!<br />
But I did learn to keep my cool and not over react. But the important thing that we have communication with the fellowshippers so that we may work together in unity and help others to come unto Christ. We should always make sure that we realize that we are all on the same team. And that's why its important we always stay united and make sure we are always on the same page in the work <span style="font-size: small;">of salvation. The Hastening of the work was not just the Age change. But it was also through the members and missionarys working together. As President Monson said, "Now is the time for members and missionaries to come together, to work
together, to labor in the Lord’s vineyard to bring souls unto Him. He
has prepared the means for us to share the gospel in a multitude of
ways, and He will assist us in our labors if we will act in faith to
fulfill His work." So overall I learned we must be in constant contact with our fellowshippers if we are to hasten this work. This is the Lords way of doing it!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">Here is something that has been good though this week! There is this girl we are teaching that finally got an answer to her prayers! We had a lesson with her nonmember Mom and the lesson went good! This was the crazy thing that happened after the lesson.</span></span><br />
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">So she gets in the car with her mom and the mom tells her Straight up that she is holding herself back! She said the Missionaries asked her a questions but she was just beating around the bush not giving us a straight answer. You Believe it Her Mom said. Then Our investigator said I kindof do. You Believe it Her Mom said again, Then Our investigator said something like Ok I mostly believe it. Then her mom says again You Believe it! Kindof reminds me of Christ asking Peter "Do you Love me?" And finally our investigator said "OK I BELIEVE IT ALL! THATS WHY I LOVE READING THE BOOK OF MORMON THATS WHY I LIKE IT ALLOT!"... Quite amazing experience she shared with us. And so she is now accepting to be baptized. the crazy thing is she practically knows everything! Although the funny thing is we asked about the Word of Wisdom and she said High Fructose Corn Syrup is part of the Word of Wisdom haha Made my life!! But shes good! She is golden!</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-size: small;">I love this work I love this area! There are challenges and trials we face. But the Lord is so good and so loving. I have been so blessed! With out Him I wouldn't be this happy to be in the work. His Love gives me Purpose in the things I do. </span></span></div>
Dallinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13121485743612592244noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6834584758006092873.post-23017781299897896482014-03-25T10:04:00.002-07:002014-03-25T10:04:53.416-07:00Week 82Hello world!<br />
<span style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; display: inline !important; float: none; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">Well I got your package! My comp was mad cause he was expecting a really big package and he was excited and thought that it was his go he grabs it at the front door and he turns around slowly and gets in that car and says its for you haha made him very excited for a little bit haha</span><br />
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
So this week we have had allot of good things happen! We had a new investigator name Arden that is very prepared! Like we taught the restoration to her and it was like literally on of the most powerful lessons I have had in a while! But with every Good thing there is opposition in everything. So she has problems with faith, believing in something she can't see. And she lives in Alpine... And we had another lesson with her and felt like she needs to be taught there. Even though we got the OK from the Elders there. But we feel like she needs to be taught there haha So yeah!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
But all in all its been a good week in the fact that we had more lessons this week than ever since I have been in this area. And we have a investigator that has been taught before the beginning of my mission. And he just accepted to be on date!! Its awesome!!!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
We had a cool experience on Sunday. Remember the young girl I talked about in my last blog entry about how she wasn't sure about being baptized since she doesn't see that if she doesn't have a desire to repent of her mistakes she should have to repent especially if she is going to do them over and over again. <span style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; display: inline !important; float: none; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;"> </span></div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; display: inline !important; float: none; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">Well we caught the tail end of a fireside with a former mission president and we go there and see her there! I was talking to someone and my companion actually ran into her after the fireside and they started with small talk then she just comes out and says I want to take the lessons again and I possibly want to be baptized... Elder Reher said he was playing it cool and he was being professional. But deep down inside it was like it was a new years party of excitement! haha It was a miracle! I was so happy!</span></div>

<br />
Well I guess I have been so busy in the missionary life that I feel like I just neglect everything on my blog haha So I will give a brief update on what has happen so far. This some of the things I sent to my mom and other people.<br />
March 3, 2014<br />
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
So we found out something the other day. So we knew that in a couple weeks we are going to have a stake conference. And That there is going to have a reorganization of the stake presidency. But then we find out a couple days ago thats not only that but they are splitting and reorganizing the stake into a new stake! So thats very unexpected... So the area will be changing! Its crazy!!! And I guess the stake just founbd out like a week or 2 ago! So this is all new!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
SO I have some exciting news! I just got my transfer call! And guess what?!''''''''''''''''''''''''<wbr></wbr>''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''<wbr></wbr>'''''''</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
I am Leaving! And not only that! I am now becoming a Zone Leader In the Orem windsor area! And I am a zone leader over my first area Lindon!!!!!! I am so excited! Its going to be awesome!!! This will be a great few transfers! :) This will be fun! :D</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
We have had a good week! Its been a great week where people are coming unto Christ and things are falling into place. The area is getting there and is getting allot better. We are seeing allot of miracles here its awesome!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
I really don't have much to report Mom. O and Elder Lewandowski is now a district leader in my place. Its awesome!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
We had a baptism for an 8 year old kid that we taught cause the young kid didn't know anything about God or Jesus Christ. But we taught him and he understands everything it was awesome! I got to confirm him at the baptism it was a great sight to see :) I love that kid!</div>

<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
March 10-17</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So I am now in Orem Windsor area at this time</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
So the Zl life is good. I am liking it. But the thing is there is more responsibility now than before. So it can cause some stress but its good.</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
My Comp is cool too. His name is Elder Reher (Sounds like Rare). Hes from California Fresno area. He has been out for 21 months. So for once I am not the Senior Companion haha But hes cool!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
The area I am in is the Orem Windsor area. It covers 3 stakes and its basically the north Eastern part of orem. The funny thing was that I actually served in this area when I was with the Zone Leaders when Elder Jarman left me. So I have an understanding of the area already. infact I have some investigators and LARCs that I remember teaching when I was in that area for 4 weeks. So this is pretty awesome. And my zone basically covers my 1st area lindon! so I get to see people who I have been around before so this is going to be awesome!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
I had the opportunity to go back to a baptism for Kutler Frampton! Funny thing was I met this guy like back in November at a youth activity and back then he wasn't interested in the missionary discussions. But then a couple months later he comes up to us and says I want to be baptized! Pretty much a shocker to me! But it was awesome! He was willing to keep the commitments we left him and he really wants to come closer to Christ. He understood everything in the lessons and was baptized eventually on March 8th! It was a good baptism! </div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
The funny thing was the font wasn't filled up all the way so he had to really bend down and to get under the water haha it was a great and wonderful time! I enjoyed it!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">

Orem has been nice. We haven't taught as much in this area as Eagle Mountain But we can get this area up and running! Its a great area. And being close to Lindon allows me to get in contact with all recent converts and people there. Good things will happen soon!<br />
We had a couple of cool experiences yesterday. First we were in church and this guy says in priesthood I have some clothing to give away. Shoes suits and pants that are brand name clothing. Well we talked to the guy and he said come over. So we did and this clothing is... legit brands! I got Levi skinny jeans, J. Crew ties and a really nice tan suit from J. Crew! And my comp also got a new suit as well that was from H&M. And this stuff is good quality and was well tailored. It was awesome! I don't know if I can wear the suit though on my mission. But we will see :)<br />

And also I actually met a family that was a really amazing family. Very smart but very open to hearing the gospel. And I don't know, I feel like I know them and I was suppose to meet them. its weird I haven't had that in a while. Its pretty cool the spirit was strong as we taught them.</div>
Elder Reher and I are doing good! We have allot of the same goals as missionaries and desires for the area and our Zone. We have been doing random things for the missionaries in the zone and it just feels good. I love it.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></div>
But Yeah I am still getting the hang of being a zone leader. It allot more challenging than I thought. But I am excited for it!</div>
<span style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; display: inline !important; float: none; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">We are really starting to see how working with leadership and meeting with members before a lesson is amazing! It really helps gain trust in the members when you meet and discuss this plan. We had a lesson where we met with a member before a lesson. and she said some very confidential things about the investigator that was good to be aware of. And we had the lesson, but the investigator had some major problems with repentance. She said </span><span style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; display: inline !important; float: none; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">she
doesn't see that if she doesn't have a desire to repent of her mistakes
she should have to repent especially if she is going to do them over
and over again. </span><br />
<span style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; display: inline !important; float: none; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;"></span><span style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; display: inline !important; float: none; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">The crazy thing is that because we met with the member before hand we probably wouldn't have had her trust. But she went along with the things we had for her. And the things we were saying really made the investigator think and we told her to call us when she decided if she wants to continue to meet with us or not. So we are taking a break from her. But We will stop by this week and see how she is doing. but it was a very intense lesson.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span></div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">

I can say I am very Very happy that Seattle won their first Superbowl!!!! :) Haha Thats my team!!!! Thats the best!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
So this week we had allot of good experiences. <span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">I had my first Skype lesson this week for a guy in Australia that I met in Europe It went great! He didn't accept the message but it was a good conversation. Plus we fulfilled our purpose as missionary which was to invite him to come unto Christ. So it was no failure at all :) It was a cool experience non the less!</span></div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">We met a less active guy, Who was in his 60s, the other day. He has a daughter that lives with him thats not a member. But what was funny that she was the one who said her dad needs a blessing! Which was shocking cause she had more faith than him and she wasn't a member. Crazy. And not only that she went to church even though her dad didn't. Plus the Ward was very supportive and introduced themselves to her. it was awesome! :) She may be a golden investigator! </span></div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">We had an investigator say her first pray out loud! It was completely unexpected! I have been wanting her to say one for the past time I have been in this area! It was a miracle in of itself! I was happy! </span></div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
I am going to say I love the Lord! I am grateful for His love that has been poured out on me. I am so grateful!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
There have been a few miracles this week. I got sick on Tuesday. Like to the point where I couldn't move or I wanted to die! :P The worst part was that we had probably one of the busiest days of my life. But we had a little miracle where a few of our appointments canceled. And they stalled me enough to where I could finish the day with a couple lessons. So it was a miracle in that sense. So I guess thats the good thing to see in that.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
We have alos had a couple of new investigators and we have a couple more that really are now progressing! Its amazing how The Lord is hastening the work. I am happy to be in it! :)</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
On Saturday I received a call from president while I was driving he asks if he could speak to me privately. So I pulled over the car and went out side on the road. He called to tell me some of the saddest news I have ever heard. He said that my dear sweet Grandma Overson has passed... I was heart broken, I was sad, crying, I couldn't believe it! President said I could talk to my family for a few mins. So I did just that.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
I called my parents first and I could tell they were a little heart broken. But even through all the tears and all the sadness I was still at peace. I can say for sure that the Lord has been preparing me for this moment of my mission. I decided a long time ago that if this ever happen in my mission I would not get mad at God. And honestly President Monsons talk this past general Conference "I will not fail thee or forsake thee" has brought me so much peace. </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
When I called my Grandpa the first thing he said was isn't the Gospel wonderful? We get to partake of the sacrament on sunday and renew our covenants and think of Christ...Grandpa you honestly are one of my greatest examples.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Even though I cried most of the time when I was on the phone with my family I can say this for sure that I felt the love of the Savior more powerfully than ever before. I love the Savior. I know for a fact that familys are together forever and that God is real. I know I will that she is watching over me right now and that I will see her again. <span style="color: #141823; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;">Thank you Grandma for all that you have done. We have traveled the world together from California to Europe and other places. And your Christlike example is one of the greatest things I have looked up to. Especially Charity, the pure love of Christ. I love you Grandma! Rest well!</span></div>

Its been a good week! We are seeing allot of miracles and things really happening in this area! </div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
The Leadership is really getting into the work of the Lord! Its amazing to see how things are coming!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
Yesterday we had a Ward mission leader set up an appointment with a new investigator. What he did was he parked his car in front of the fellowshippers house and asked him what is the best approach to meet this guy and start teaching him? And we asked him then went to the investigator and approached him that way. Then we set up the appointment went back to the neighbor and got him to come to the lesson! All within 5 mins! This guy was amazing! And not only that we have 3 lessons on Wednesday in a row!... Crazy!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
So we also visited a less active who has allot of instruments that are literally vintage! This is a picture of a banjo that is like from the 1920s! I don't even know how to play banjo! But it was allot of fun! I enjoyed it!</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">

<div style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
We have gotten allot of new people to teach this week! We are teaching 3 kids that age from 9 to 13. And we started teaching them and they committed to be baptized! Awesome! And On sunday we taught a guy that I met like a couple months ago and at the time he didn't seem interested in the church. Well we stopped by Bishop Dalton's house to see if he could come with us to a lesson and while we were there his son yelled "Hey Missionaries I need to talk to you!" He brought that same guy that I met a while ago and said "Want to set up a time cause he want to take the lessons and be baptized!" haha it was awesome to hear. </div>
<div style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
We taught him for the first time yesterday. He was really nervous. You can tell. But we had a great lesson with him! He was a little concerned about Joseph Smith. He said he believes that it is possible that Joseph Smith is a Prophet but has some concerns. But we managed to help him resolve that concern by asking him to pray about Joseph Smith. But he said everytimg he thinks of Baptism he feels at peace! And he loves the Feeling of it. SO that was nice to hear. He said he will be baptized! Its awesome!</div>
</div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
It is awesome to be a missionary right now! I love the Lord! I love Him! I love Him! I love Him! He does live! He does love us! He wants us to have joy for our entire lives. I love you all and I am grateful to be here! I love you all! I will be getting transfer calls on Monday! I am excited to see what is going to happen next! Take care everyone! :)</div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
During Christmas we had three meals! One at 1pm then 3pm then 5pm... I was stuffed! I could barely make the 3rd meal. It was crazy! But I got to talk to my familyfor a bit. That was cool :) We got to use facetime for 45 mins. It was awesome I had allot of fun seeing my house and seeing everyone on Christmas morning. It was pretty cool. I can't believe how big my niece and nephew are getting! Cute to hear them say Hi Dallin! :) Life is good.</div>

SO yeah that was our Christmas. got allot of candy and chocolate that I believe is giving me allot of breakouts... we still have allot that is from 2 weeks ago. So we just have allot! haha. But Everyone was so kind and generous this Christmas. I could defiantly feel the Spirit of Christ :) And we got allot of good gifts like ties! :) (And I hope you all like my ugly Sweater :) )</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
So on new years eve was a normal proselyting day. But new years day we got to sleep in till 7:30 and then organize a district activity for the morning. It was fun! We played volleyball and this other game that was like dodge ball with those exercise balls that are huge! haha it was allot of fun.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Then after that we went on exchanges. I had allot of fun! Elder Lewandowski went into our area not knowing much and I went into Saratoga Springs with Elder Stephans. He was awesome I learn allot for being with him.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
So this week we had a couple of good things happen.We are teaching a less active guy who really want to change his life. He has gotten involved in all the bad life like drugs, alcohol, all that bad stuff that makes people miserable. But he wants to change. He said I had a craving for a beer and I just knelt down and prayed and read the scriptures and I didn't have the craving anymore! He said that beer is in the fridge its the last one. Then I said at the beginning of the lesson if I could throw it away. He laughed and then said Its something I have to do for myself. Then We taught the lesson and after the closing prayer he said, so one of you want to throw away my beer? Haha I was so excited! It was awesome! And so we did! Awesome night!<br />
<div>
We also are teaching a less active guy from south Africa who knows all the doctrine knows what he has to do to go to church and knows everything. But on Saturday night we basically asked him why are we here? And I don't know how it worked out but we made a goal for him to go to the temple in 3 months and he will go to Church in 2 weeks all 3 hours... How did that happen I don't remember. But it worked out. So now we are making progress! Awesome!</div>
<div>
SO yeah I love life. I Love being a missionary. I hate how short it really is. Time is going faster and faster. I can't stand it! I am praying to be a successful missionary. I will continue to work hard and love The Lord. Its great to be out at this time.</div>
<div>
I know God lives and he loves us! I know the Book Of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith is a Prophet of the Restoration of the Fullness of truth. I love my Savior. I am grateful for this Christmas season. its my last on but its going to be a great on! I am loving the Lord and happy for His hand in my life. I love you all and I hope you have a great week! till next time! </div>

So its been a great week! We have had allot of food on thanksgiving. We </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
SO I had had about 3 or 4 meals... We had an appointment at 12 then 2 then 4 then 6... The one at 6 we just had some desert... But we learned this the hard way. Turkey makes us really really tired. At our 2nd dinner we had a turkey and I was just struggling to stay up. It was no fun. But I survived! I just had to eat a little bit at a time... we were tire and sore from all the food and football we played yesterday. It was crazy!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Now Christmas is around the corner. and you know what that means? Christmas!</div>

<div>
We helped our landlord with their Christmas tree. It was allot of fun! Plus I love Christmas music.</div>
<div>
I had a cool experience this weekend! I got a text friday night about an excommunicated lady I taught in my first area. And I was told that the baptism was at 12 pm. But the problem was I had some appointments at that time so we weren't able to go...Or so I thought! the appointments fell through! So I called Jeff Law and told him to meet me in American Fork and lets go to Pleasent Grove! So we did. And she wasn't expecting me at all. But her face when she saw me come in was priceless. She was so happy. At the end of her baptism and confirmation she beared a very powerful testimony! She talked about how she see the Lord hand in her life and how she know that God And Jesus Christ live. It was so powerful! I was happy. I had to hold back the tears as I was giving the closing prayer. I realized that if I didn't make it her testimony may not have been strengthen on how Heavenly Father really loves her<img alt="Inline image 3" height="420" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/?ui=2&ik=136b3cbd9b&view=att&th=142b46092052b183&attid=0.2&disp=emb&realattid=ii_142b45de17af4c09&zw&atsh=1" width="313" /> </div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Its a beautiful day in Eagle mountain! </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Its a little colder than Provo. But its awesome! I love it here.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
For starters I realize that I never did realize that I didn't talk about my companion.<br clear="all" /><div>
Elder Poulima is from Samoa he has been out for 6 or 7 months. He is the oldest of 6 kids. he loves his family, very close to his Mom. He is allot like me where he didn't go on a mission till he was 20 years old. Wants to serve the Lord! Is a jokester, but most polys are to be honest :) its in the job description haha. but hes awesome! I love him. Hes a good missionary. Hope you love the picture of us and the buffulo :) <img alt="Inline image 1" height="755" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/?ui=2&ik=136b3cbd9b&view=att&th=1424874875276643&attid=0.1&disp=emb&realattid=ii_142486a0f79cb23d&zw&atsh=1" width="564" /> </div>
<div>
Hope you love the picture of us and the buffulo :) We were contacting people and we came to this hunters house and we asked can we take a picture o with it? haha the guy said sure! So we did. haha </div>
<div>
We are teaching a lady name Peggy. She is this sweet 65 year old lady who has had no religious background at all. She is a sweet heart. She thinks that she has to be perfect to be baptized. But we taught about the talk about the Talk His Grace is Sufficient by Brad Wilcox. It really helped her allot! Now she just is trying to get a testimony that these things are true. That's another stumbling block we are at. But She is awesome! I love her!</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">I also had a baptism for a lady in my last area. She left the church for a while. But then after a very long time she came back :) She is like another mother to me. She is awesome! I am very happy for her! :)</span></div>
<div>
<img alt="Inline image 2" height="420" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/?ui=2&ik=136b3cbd9b&view=att&th=1424874875276643&attid=0.2&disp=emb&realattid=ii_142486d8d8005efa&zw&atsh=1" width="313" /></div>
<div>
Well everyone I love you all! I am grateful to be here as a missionary! Its really the best! I am grateful for Jesus Christ and his sacrifice for me. I love you all and hope you all have a great day! :)</div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Its been a while I know. I apologize. Sometimes it gets hard to send emails as a missionary. But I will do better next time!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
SO The past few weeks I have been training and doing my best to get Provo going so that in case I leave I can know for a fact that it will be a good area for the next missionary's. </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Last week I got my call for transfers... and I am moving! After 7 1/2 months I am moving areas. I am going to Eagle Mountain! And I will be serving with Elder Poulima from Samoa. Pretty unexpected. But I am excited! I can't wait till I see what the Lord has in store for me in Eagle Mountain!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
So I came to eagle mountain. And its very different from Provo and Lindon. Its a newer community. Only 15 years old. Has been ranked one of the youngest area in the US or Utah. I saw that yesterday when I noticed that most of the ward has allot of kids. So I can see that. It has like 2 gas stations and a Wal Mart and about 50 church buildings. Thats what it is. I hear there some polygamy here... haven't ran into it yet. Its very wide spread too did I mention that?<br />For Halloween we had to stay inside for 4 hours and we had a movie that we could watch called Ephraims Rescue. It wasn't bad. It like the other part of 17 miracles. Then we played games and chilled. It was allot of fun. Btw did I mention to you that I am in a district of sisters?... Yep I am a District leader for sisters... which makes me Relief Society President basically...haha This will be fun!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<img alt="Inline image 1" height="315" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/?ui=2&ik=136b3cbd9b&view=att&th=142247f4fec73e69&attid=0.2&disp=emb&realattid=ii_14224743ae2dea61&zw&atsh=1" width="420" /></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
So on Saturday I go t to witness a baptism back in my old area. This man has been taking the discussions for over 10 years. and finally he makes the leap of faith. The Baptism was beautiful. I really enjoyed the spirit that was there. I am proud of that man! :) He's the most Christlike person I have met in a long Time. Happy for him.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<img alt="Inline image 2" height="315" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/?ui=2&ik=136b3cbd9b&view=att&th=142247f4fec73e69&attid=0.1&disp=emb&realattid=ii_14224794ea68eb58&zw&atsh=1" width="420" /> </div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
I love missionary work. The wife told me thank you for not giving up on him. You just kept trying and trying. And now hes here. I didn't think I had much of a part in his conversion. But then I thought about it. I kept on going and trying to help him. I knew I couldn't convert him. But I knew someone could. So thats why I kept going. So I guess I see how Heavenly Father really used me as an instrument in His hands to bring Travis unto Christ.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
I know that the Lord has a plan. I know that I am in Eagle Mountain for a reason. I look ofrward to this adventure here and with my new companion! I know that the Church is true! I know Christ Lives! I know The Book Of Mormon is true! I know We have a Modern Day Prophet in these last days. I love you all! I can't believe I am on my down hill slope of my mission. But that doesn't stop me from working hard! I love you all! Have a great Week!</div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Wasn't general conference amazing! So many good things were said in those 5 sessions! I loved pretty much all of them. I loved 2 quotes from conference. One of them was by Edward Dube. I love it when he said " <span style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 18px;"><span style="color: black;">Never look back. Look at the work we have to do" I love that</span></span> quote! I loved President Ucthdorfs quote " Doubt your doubt, Before you doubt your faith". Any doubts that I have I will turn to those 2 quotes. Amazing!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Its been a good week over all. We have had a few good things happen. So one we were over at an investigators house last night. And he has been taking the missionary discussions for 10 years. Last night he wants to be baptized! The look on his wife and kids face was priceless! The spirit instantly filled the room! It was amazing! I was so happy! I couldn't believe it! Happiest day of my life. Well since Thursday. :)</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">So I know that every one who is an RM or is currently serving may be a little jealous of this. But on Thursday...</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;"> <img alt="Inline image 1" height="315" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/?ui=2&ik=136b3cbd9b&view=att&th=141941185fb36052&attid=0.1&disp=emb&realattid=ii_141940560830bbb9&zw&atsh=1" width="420" /> </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Yep we got Ipads! :) I can now use it for the hastening of the work. I can now use Skype and Facetime to teach lessons. Its quite amazing! So if you do know anyone who would like to learn more about the Gospel and about Jesus Christ, you can send them to me. I am still trying to access my Skype account. If they have facetime then just put my email and it should connect.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">I love you all. I know that these Ipads are to be used as a tool for the work of Salvation. Its going to help the Lord work soo much! And this will be a powerful tool. I love my Savior and I know he lives. I am excited to see what the Lord has in store for me these last few transfers. I know this Church is true. Till next time!</span></div>

<span style="background-color: white;">Hello world!</span><br />
<div style="background-color: white;">
Wow it has been a while! I am sorry I am going to give a summary for what has happened. I am still in Provo training again! I am currently training Elder Soper from Vancouver, WA. He's cool, I like him.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPbKx0dJ0xTrGsU-B9mhZhypcepf7hGBTL9z_JrhmbyCn_YPRPswdYCljp1GIoVYCo71HHStEJU12_vd24JLERcnrKeVafBIb6l4rg3B9KD6nd6y_N9sy4rkwpSX6NgvDVcfnjW6ItzZ8/s1600/DSCN0798%5B1%5D.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPbKx0dJ0xTrGsU-B9mhZhypcepf7hGBTL9z_JrhmbyCn_YPRPswdYCljp1GIoVYCo71HHStEJU12_vd24JLERcnrKeVafBIb6l4rg3B9KD6nd6y_N9sy4rkwpSX6NgvDVcfnjW6ItzZ8/s1600/DSCN0798%5B1%5D.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
</div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
We have been working hard on this area. We have actually picked up a couple of new people. One of them their last names are actually the Gleave! Sounds very similar to Gleed! That's pretty cool! I wonder if we are related? Well they are a great family. The husband has been less active for many years and the wife is Lutheran. Bro. Gleave wants to come back to the church so he's taking the discussions and Sis. Gleave is there to support her husband. Bro. Gleave said to Sis. Gleave "I don't expect you to become a Mormon." Then she replies back, I will decided whether I want to be a Mormon or not." Very open minded and has a good heart. They are such a great couple :)</div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
So we also had a leadership training meeting for all the Leadership. We heard some really great things! Like how there will be a set of senior couple missionaries in every stake in Provo! So pretty much by December we will have about 300 missionaries in this mission! Including the Senior Couples that will also be full time missionaries. Crazy! We learned a great way to look at Joseph Smith's first vision and how to apply it into our own lives. Its really amazing! I love it!</div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
Well everybody that's about all the time I have! I love you all and have a great day! :)<br />

Hey everybody!<br />
<br /></div>
We have had storms and crazy weather here. I thought Washington was bipolar, but nope. Utah goes from sunny skies to pouring down rain and wind storms. Yeah Utah is crazy!</div>
Well this week we had a re-baptism. It was awesome! I have met with a few excommunicated people before. And they can be one of 2 things. One comfortably stubborn. Or humbly submissive. This one was humbly submissive. She was so happy to be baptized! She has been working on it for a year and a half or so. but she finally made it! Proud of her! Happy for her! :) <br />

We also went mining... Or we were just digging under a house cause the guy was making more space for downstairs. But it was fun though! I really enjoyed it . Good work out ;)</div>

<div>
Hello World!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Its a beautiful Day in the Neighborhood! As Mr. Rogers would say.</div>
We have had a pretty good week this week I must say! </div>
We have had the opportunity to have a baptism for Larry Shelton! <img alt="Inline image 1" dfsrc="cid:ii_140bbf18fda23c73" height="420" src="http://web.mail.comcast.net/service/home/~/?auth=co&id=628800&part=2" width="560" /> He is an Awesome guy! You may wonder why are we looking down? Well there was about 4 other cameras going off at the same time. And one people taking the picture was sitting down and she said look this way.... Which during that time my camera took a picture as well haha!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
It was a great baptism though. When Larry came out of the water the first thing he said afer standing in the water for about a minute was "speechless". It was pretty awesome! He is a great man and he is going to be an even better disciple of Jesus Christ. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
My Son! (Aka Elder Warr. Kinda like a Trainer is the father and the Trainee is the son) He put someone on date!! I am happy for him! What was cool was that when we were planning it for some odd reason we felt like we should put him on for September 14. Which when we committed him for that he said that his son's Birthday! Crazy huh? I did not expect that! haha But it was great!</div>
<span style="background-color: white;">Well everybody I don't have much else to say. but I would like to give a Shout out to My little Bro Kyle! I love you man and I am happy that you are going to preach the Gospel to the Chileans! You will be an awesome Missionary! Love you and see you in 2 years! :)</span><br />

<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span>
<div style="background-color: white;">
Well its been a cool week. I have had a few opportunities to see the Lord's hand in the work. I have actually taught a few Facebook lessons. It was really strange but I kinda like it haha. I feel lazy at the same time haha.</div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
but this week we had some Navajo Tacos! <img alt="Inline image 1" dfsrc="cid:ii_14097a8e475a440c" height="315" src="http://web.mail.comcast.net/service/home/~/?auth=co&id=625800&part=3" width="420" /></div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
It was actually pretty good. its basically fried bread with the same stuff to make taco Salads. Plus it was made by Pure blood Navajos. So I got to learn some Navajo... And that's a hard language! Good heavens! haha <br clear="all" /><div>
We also got to take a picture of where we are in Utah. Mainly cause we saw a band take some Band photos here while we were walking. And so we decided to take our Picture haha<img alt="Inline image 2" dfsrc="cid:ii_14097aceab647759" height="315" src="http://web.mail.comcast.net/service/home/~/?auth=co&id=625800&part=2" width="420" /> </div>
<div>
We have actually had some miracles this week. Its pretty awesome. S<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">o we were going out for Pho. And we were origanally going to go out of our area when I felt like we should eat at this Pho place in our area. While we were riding by we were passing a part member familys house and the stopped us and asked us to give them a Blessing. If we had just gone to the other Pho place we would have not been able to give that Family a blessing. </span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">Same kind of Deal yesterday. We were in our area to hand off someone to the new Missionaries in the Area. And after that lesson we were going to visit a family in the area cause I haven't seen them in a while. But then I got this impression to actually go to a less actives house who I haven't seen in about 2 months. Knowing me I follow those things. cause I know I would regret it if I didn't follow it.So we went over there last night and she let us in and we talked to her and found out what she has been training non stop for a fight she is having on saturday. And She said she is scared, nervous, doesn't know what to think.Plus not only that she was sick. But I offered a blessing to her. And she said she would like that! I found out at that very moment why we were there. So it was a great and It was a great blessing. </span> </div>
<div>
So to all you missionaries who want good tips on how to be Succesful missionary and see miracles. Well Be OBEDIENT! Average Missionaries are like 80% obedient. Well when we got Facebook they told us there can be mot even 99% Obedience for this! So be Exactly obedient. Thats the First Law in Heaven. </div>
<div>
I know this Church is true. I know Jesus is the Christ. I know this is the Work of Salvation. not our work, but the Lord work. We are just the instrument in his hands. I love you all and can you believe its already been a year since I first came out on my misison? Crazy!!! It all down hill from here. I really don't want to be home right now or in a year haha.</div>
<div>
I love you all and I hope you have a great day!! :D</div>

<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span>
<span style="background-color: white;">Hey everyone!</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span>
<div style="background-color: white;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">I am now with Elder Warr! He is from Salem Ut. He is a trial missionary cause he has some heart problems and other problems. But he's cool! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">So Elder Warr's first day included getting $20 within the first hour of being in the field. Haha He is going to love this mission more than anything! He has a strong testimony of the Gospel. I try to use some of the things my trainer taught me throughout my training. I hope to be as good as a trainer as he was to me. </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">We also had a lot of surprises.... So for one we lost our car... Cause some other missionaries crashed their car and apparently they needed their car more? And we found out that we would still cover the 3 stakes till tomorrow. And we are on Foot -_- So it was a challenge. But its working out ok. We are not getting a lot of lessons. But the area is progressing a lot though! We are going to see miracles this transfer! </span></div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Well I don't have much else to write but I love you all and I Pray for you everyday! :)</span></div>

<div style="background-color: white;">
Hello World!!!</div>
<div style="background-color: white;">
<br />So yeah I am on Facebook! Its a wonderful new tool that we will be using in the Lord hands to spread the Gospel.<br />So I guess I will tell you about Facebook. So here is how it works. So I am actually suppose to use Facebook everyday for at lease an hour! How often do you hear that? And whats crazy is that I can actually use family as fellowshippers, so that means if I really want I can use my parent technically ! Crazy to see how really prophesies are coming true. With Facebook the Gospel can actually penetrate every nation where the Gospel could never be before!<br />Well I just got transfer call today. Provo South is splitting and I am going to be in the other 2 stakes I cover. And now my areas I guess called the Provo Bonneville area. So yeah and not only that I will be training a new Elder from the MTC and I am now a District Leader! Crazy huh? Elder Kim is opening up a new asian area called UVU Asian. He covers all Asians Except Chinese. Apparently there is allot of areas that are splitting and new Zones are forming. Man and I am in the middle of it! haha So yeah. the missions are changing and the Lord is doing some amazing things!</div>
<span style="background-color: white;">Well Everyone if you have any questions just send me a message. But do tell people who are your friends who want to know more to add me on Facebook and they can ask me anything :) I love you all!</span><br />

<div>
<div>
<div>
<div>
Hello world!<br /></div>
Wow time is flying way too fast! I can't believe its already been almost a year. Man I can't believe it! And sooooooo much is happening. But I will first tell you about our week.</div>
So for starters we have found many great new investigators! We found this one guy named Leonard. He's 53 years old and grew up in LA. When we first met with him he said he was only going to listen to the things he wants. Meaning he is going to filter the things he doesn't want to hear about. So we thought he wasn't going to be a very good person to teach. Then we saw him on Thursday. And he completely flipped 180! He said that he knows that he is doing wrong now! he said I am going to change! And If you can imagine a geto black man saying this quote right here you would crack up. " I don't wanna do Wha I wanna do! I only wanna do wha da Heavenly Fatha want me ta do!" Our Lesson yesterday was pretty awesome! He could not stop telling us how this feeling of the Holy Ghost has made him so very happy! Actually he would not stop talking about it, we barely made it through the lesson haha. It was probably one of those experiences that I can't stop smiling about every time I hear it! </div>
So Now I have a crazy new announcement. As Tuesday July 30 2013. The Utah Provo Mission will be allowed to use Facebook!!! :D And we will be using our own accounts. I don't know the details or how its all going to work. But I am actually excited! I can't wait! Exciting! </div>
SO Yeah I guess that's all I have to write about this week. But I can show you a picture of Elder Kim and I riding an antique firetruck!<img alt="Inline image 1" class="" height="420" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=8b1daab4d0&view=att&th=1402bcab4c4ca7b8&attid=0.1.1&disp=emb&zw&atsh=1" width="560" /><div class="yj6qo ajU" style="cursor: pointer; outline: none; padding: 10px 0px; width: 22px;">

<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
<div>
Hello World!</div>
<div>
<br />So its been a good week. We had allot of lessons. but we also had a pretty cool fireside. We got to see the construction and history of the Provo City Center temple. It will be about 2 more years till its finished. But whats amazing is that it is actually 40 feet in the air...</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<img src="http://www.ldschurchtemples.com/provocitycenter/construction/images/provo-city-center-mormon-temple173.jpg?1377645066" /><br /></div>
<div>
Its actually higher than that in the picture.<br />But yeah we got to see what the finished temple is expected to look like. And Its going to be a nice temple!!! They have so many plans for it. </div>
But what was actually surprising was this. So we are now till the temples complete basically a Temple Square Mission. Like we will be at a booth and we will talk to people about the temple and ask for referrals. So Yeah we each have a 2 hour shift like every 3 or 4 days. So this is going to be a new experience. I'm excited!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
So yeah I love life. We had about 33 lessons this week. We got to the point where we had to do actual splits with Priesthood holders. So yeah the Lord is hastening the work. And its not slowing down!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
Well I don't have much else to say but I love you all and I wish you all the best. The Church is true and Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer! Till Next time!</div>

<div dir="ltr" style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
Well Hello World!<br /><br /> So its been great these past 2 weeks! So I am now with Elder Kim who is from Bellevue, Wa. And We found out that we both attended the same church building! So yeah we have a lot to talk about when it comes to Seattle. Its pretty awesome!<div>
So for the 4th of July we marched in the Provo Parade. And I have to say I have never given so many high fives to kids in my life! But we got a big standing ovation as we were walking by. It was pretty awesome. All 215 missionaries were there. Pretty amazing.Good times! I also saw my trainer Elder Jarman! I was so happy to see him after 8 or 9 months.</div>
<div>
<img alt="Inline image 1" class="" height="315" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=8b1daab4d0&view=att&th=13fbf7eef25d6c9e&attid=0.1.1&disp=emb&zw&atsh=1" width="420" /></div>
<div>
We also couldn't go out after 5 on the 4th. Why? I don't know. But its probably for a good cause.<br /><div>
We watched How To Train Your Dragon (that was the approved movie ) And we played Dodge ball. Pretty fun night I must say.</div>
<div>
We Also had a wedding for Olga and Mareano. <img alt="Inline image 2" height="315" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=8b1daab4d0&view=att&th=13fbf7eef25d6c9e&attid=0.1.2&disp=emb&zw&atsh=1" width="420" /></div>
<div>
So its been a good 2 weeks. We are teaching Olga. Shes pretty awesome! And the wedding was wonderful. I felt the Spirit there as the Bishop married them. They will have a great life together in marriage. </div>
<div>
Well everyone I hope you all have a great day and a great Life! I love you all! :D<div class="yj6qo ajU" style="cursor: pointer; outline: none; padding: 10px 0px; width: 22px;">

<br />
<div dir="ltr" style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
Good afternoon world!<br />
<div>
Its been a remarkable week. We have 27 lessons this week and we have a lot of good things happening soon! </div>
<div>
SO, for starters I had the opportunity of teaching Paul and Ahmbroe. These 2 guys are amazing! Like I mentioned in a previous email, they are from Nigeria and they are the most humble people ever! I honestly haven't met more humble men in my life. And on Saturday they got Baptized! :D<img alt="Inline image 1" height="315" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=8b1daab4d0&view=att&th=13f78f56abf3047d&attid=0.1.1&disp=emb&zw&atsh=1" width="420" /></div>
<div>
Such awesome guys! A Stake president told me that you can't teach people from Africa about God or faith cause they already have so much of it. But we can all learn from them, and teach them the truths, and we all end up learning as one! I love Nigerians. I feel gypped cause I was sent to Provo where a lot of people either love the Church or hate it and they are hardend. But Its good cause in the end, I really love the people here, and you love the place you are serving. Eventually you say to yourself "this is where I was meant to serve." I am grateful to be here in the UPM! </div>
<div>
So a lot of you have probably seen the Worldwide leadership meeting. Yes I was there. It Was an awesome experience! I really enjoyed that. Its a missionary's dream come true, telling the members that we as members need to help the missionary's. We were going to be in the front row, but they told us last minute that we need to be with leadership.<br />
<div>
<img alt="Inline image 2" height="315" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=8b1daab4d0&view=att&th=13f78f56abf3047d&attid=0.1.2&disp=emb&zw&atsh=1" width="420" /></div>
<div>
But it was a lot of fun. I am excited for the Ipads! Coming in august for us. And by the end of the year, All missons will be able to have Ipads and Iphones. Truly amazing!</div>
<div>
The Lord is Hastening the work. That is all I can say.</div>
<div>
As for transfer calls! I am staying in Provo and I will be with Elder Kim from Seattle Washington. I am excited! And Elder Della Puca will be in Pleasant Grove With Elder Reed. Funny 'cause Elder Reed had a companion named Elder Dela Cruz And is now Getting Della Puca... Crazy.</div>
<div>
Well I love you all , and Mission President told us that The work is Hastening, and is not going to slow down. The thing I think of now when that is said is... Bring it On!</div>
</div>
</div>

<span style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial;">Hello World! Its great to see you again!</span></div>
<div dir="ltr" style="background-color: white;">
<span style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial;"><br /></span><div>
<span style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial;">Well so far the news of the week is that we had a baptism!</span><br clear="all" /><div>
<span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;">This Lady has been wanting to be baptized for a year, but had to quit smoking and coffee and had many legal issues. She has gone through a lot for homelessness and her husband leaving her and putting a restraining order on her kids... that's not a fun life. But she is seeing miracles! She has a job! She's now a member of the church and things are going so much better for her its awesome! She says this is the best thing she has e</span><span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"><img alt="Inline image 1" height="286" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=8b1daab4d0&view=att&th=13f548d6ca249c72&attid=0.1.1&disp=emb&zw&atsh=1" width="425" /></span><span style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">ver done. </span></div>
<div style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
Great things are happening! We picked up a couple of new people to teach and its pretty exciting!</div>
<div style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
I have been seeing a lot of change in myself lately and I am amazed. Spiritually I have been concentrating more on my investigators and I am opening my mouth when the spirit speaks to me. Its different. I love it! I really don't like thinking a lot about myself very much. I have noticed it makes me prideful. Its no fun. "Forget yourself and go to work!" said President Hinckley. What a good saying!</div>
<div style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
Physically I have dropped 40 lbs... Yeah crazy!! <img alt="Inline image 2" height="420" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=8b1daab4d0&view=att&th=13f548d6ca249c72&attid=0.1.2&disp=emb&zw&atsh=1" width="315" /></div>
<div style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
Pictures say a thousands words but this is may be jaw dropping! Haha! I can't believe it. Haha but I love it haha Ihope to have a 6 pack by the end of my mission! haha</div>
<div style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;">
But I love The Lord. I am grateful for all that he has done for me. I haven't had such a greatness of happiness in a long time! Its wonderful! I love the Lord. I can't believe its been 10 months since I have been out. Its a mix between bitter and sweet. I can't wait to go home in about a year, But I also don't want it to end! Agh! Well I love you all. The Church is true! I can testify to that and thats why I am out here. :)</div>
